Hi, how can I reset the Reliance Big TV STB to factory settings?

During the first installation, the STB got stuck. The signal is good but when I try to scan the channels it displays a message that an error has occurred during installation. But, the signal’s strength & quality are sound. I am unable to access the “advanced signal parametres” Please, help..
