How long has eyeliner on the cover above?

Everyone puts in different amounts of eyeliners in different ways. Land put my eyeliner right at the waterline, but now I'd like to try something different and put him in the top cover in place. That all depends on the style you are trying to duplicate. If you go for a retro look, use an eye pencil, preferably, and create the line slightly thicker than the wings up at the corners of the eyes. Liquid liner is very nice, too, because it creates very accurate lines. However, you can spot with an eye pencil and make it look an eye smoked. For an elegant look, you will want to use liquid liner and draw a precise, clear line from the tear duct. For a more natural look, you want as subtle as possible, drawing just above the lashes. Be careful not to leave a space between the tabs and the maritime line.
