How does the Amazon Shipping work?
Okay, I won $50 of merchandise from Amazon.com through my school today, and I’m a little confused about the shipping. I’m not going to be the one ordering(it goes through the school)and I want to make sure I’m not over my limit.
Most of the things I’m wanting have a listed shipping price. But one of the things I want(a hard cover book that weighs 1.2 pounds)doesn’t have a shipping price listed. It’s from Amazon, so would I use the Amazon.com shipping price per item? Or per shipment? I think it’s the only thing I’m ordering from Amazon(the rest is through other companies/places). If needed, I can give someone my entire list of what I’m ordering to get a total price(merchandise+shipping)

If Amazon is the one who’s selling/shipping the item, then you would use their shipping prices. Other sellers/merchants have their own shipping rates and are usually very visible.
