How can i sleep without super absorbency tampons?

i am wearing only panties and bra for night
if i not use super absorbency tampons at night blood will leak to underwear (even i use panty liners)
that’s why i used super absorbency tampons overnight for last 16 years
since i am 11years old
now i am usually wear them for 24 hours(same one)

you probably can’t. it sounds like you are very heavy. you might need to wear the super absorbent all the time just because of your regular flow.
