i was around loud noise all day how do i get the ringing out of my ears?

i work with heavy equipt. all day and they all have backup alarms on them well i had one right in my ear all day to day. it sounds like when you change the tv to a channel that has all the little colored bars on it. how do i make it go away

go to sleep , it is the VERY best choice it really helps. and if u cant , watch an exciting movie and u’ll forget allll about it, trust me.
