I got shipped two of the same Item? Please Help?
i bought a realllly expensive radio/dvd screen from this company. they shipped me two by a mistake and i dont think they’ve realized that. because they messed up and shipped me two am i legally responsible for their mistake? i wanted to just sell the second unit locally to one of my friends, i already have the first one installed in my truck. What should i do?
I forgot to say.. i payed them through paypal..and also i work for a credit union so even the card that i have registered thru paypal i can terminate… checking account number.. i can alter all these things. I dont see how the company could charge me in any way..
Do the right thing and contact them. If they find the mistake and charge you for it later or ask for it back then you will have a hard time with it. They will probably send you a label to ship it back.
