How long do you think would be necessary to see the results of my training plan?

just to give you a visual image of what my body is like. im about 5'1-5'2, weighs approximately 110 pounds. My measurements are 34-30-35. Im trying to lose my love handles and I know you need training cardiovascular and strength to do that, so I just buy 5 pound weights (you can strap to your ankles) and a DVD kit including yoga crisis Jillian Micheals, increase Burn fat metabolism, and 30 day shred video. I got into the video shred of 30 days to just two days every day and then do the video i jump rope for 30 minutes or a few days I'll run for 15. Im trying to lose at least 2 inches in the first week of August. I am also on a diet and drink plenty water. Someone with experience can you please tell me at least a suggestion of how long it will take to get my waist down at least 2 inches if I follow my plan exercise and diet.

expect to lose 1 to 2 pounds each week. Do not lose more than 2 pounds but can make you lose muscle if you lose a lot. The results take a time but do not be discouraged. expect to see visible results in 3 months
