Im am getting a Quad core Q6600, overclock want!?

Yes, according to Kenny, the motherboard is weak for overclocking, but the CPU is fine, many of the different versions intensify around Tho, and a misleading ad "9.6Ghz" speed is not true, of course, but with a new motherboard (and probably a reinstallation of Windows) can do to 3.4 with a good fan, or you can leave it and simply enjoy it.
