It is important to remember, depression is not a weakness or defect character, is a disease and can be controlled with proper diagnosis and balance.
It is a struggle, and fighting the sadness, depression, any other conditions must be addressed. If you have it, then you know how hard it can be a few days, just to get to the next. Fighting depression is ongoing battle.
A simple but very effective to start feeling better, start telling yourself that you feel better. Oh, I know not fancy, but really, what you got to lose, not to try?
You know what is a statement. A statement that says, is proof of an action.
"I bring happiness in my life." is one of the positive affirmations. It sounds corny, if not directly, incredible to you. Without But this simple phrase has the power to change your life. Literally make you happy.
Another declaration statement is, "I do not care what happens to me." Perhaps this is the kind of statement that has been telling yourself? This statement has probably already been working on you.
The law of attraction, not censorship, what you need, you only attracts more of the same things to say.
It depends on you, which is, to choose to tell yourself.
I can guarantee this, if you keep saying that the universe will not want to send it "not what we want." Start fighting the blues, telling the universe, what they want, then stand firm on this with such conviction that you can put behind him.
I know what depression is and what can do. I have to stay on top of this disease for the rest of my life, but I feel good today. Really.
If you are depressed and just give into it, try to believe, you have options available to you, about choosing to feel. This is the truth.
And do not forget! You are not alone in this fight, unless who chooses to be.
