PSP video help!?

I want to put videos from my camera/windows movie maker to my PSP. step by step! this is what i did:
1.My computer
2.PSP
3.M_root thing
4.made video file
5.Put video’s in
6.unplugged USB
7.looked at videos in PSP
8. NOTHING’S THERE!

AVC

File:/VIDEO/what the movie is called.mp4
video codec AVC – kbps
Audio Codec AAC – kbps
Sampling frequency – kHz

MPEG-4

File:/VIDEO/what the movie is called.mp4
Video Codec MPEG-4 – kbps
Audio codec AAC – kbps
Sampling frequency – kHz

must be the right codec and video format mp4
The easy way is download a video converter i use prysm its good then open the file convert it and watch it on your psp it converts 10 some types into mp4 and it even says psp or ps3 ect. select psp and click destination folder root of mem stick /VIDEO then its ready to watch and you can convert full movies no water marks or any of that crap

Root of mem stick then take your vid put it in PSP/VIDEO then your movie is there it has to be .mp4 in not mp_root ever
