Does Adora Juana make sense for a Mexican name?

I’m writing a story, for complicated reasons I have to have a Mexican female character in it, I don’t really know much about Mexican names so I went to Behindthename.com and used their name generator, however they didn’t have a Mexican option, just Spanish, I realize Mexican names *are* Spanish, but I mean there a couple of English names that would be a bit odd to use in an American context.

So the first name I got, that I had some vague idea how to pronounce was Adora Juana (the generator also gives middle names) however does Adora make sense as a Mexican girl’s first name, and is it plausible to have a first name be used as a last name in Mexican context? I mean I know it works when names American characters but it might be completely off in a Mexican context.

If Juana makes absolutely no sense as a last name, are there any suggestions of what would make sense?

it sounds weird to me. Spanish names follow this rule:

1) Given names (either 1 or two)
2) Father’s family name
3) Mother’s family name

Eg: Paulina Susana Rubio Dosamantes (A Mexican pop singer).

Unless for very formal situations, only the first name and father’s family names are used. Eg Paulina Rubio.
