Can women’s Social Networking obsession be just as bad as male video gaming obsessions in a marriage?

I was wondering this becuase a married friend of mine was saying how his wife was yelling at him about him playing video games for an hour after work, yet his wife is always on Facebook, or constantly texting throughout the day…even at the dinner table or when they are trying to have alone time together.
