How September 11 Affected America
September 11, 2001?
What do you think of this event? It affected more than the US I’m sure, but how did you react?? That day was one of the saddest days I can recall. . . it was like America was being taken over. Sometimes I cry to this day just thinking about it.
I know you all aren’t from America, but I am. And I think we’re losing all the pride and dedication we’ve had all these years that has helped us through every war. And just at this time, they’re trying to take God’s name out of everything. . .what is wrong with America?!!
Well, your last concern is the most important. We’re taking God out of our country, long before they started taking the words off the coins, and that’s where our troubles began. September 11, 2001, to me, is just like December 7, 1941. The latter event got a World War started, or our involvement in it. The 9/11/01 event got a more specialized war started, but I agree, the cowardice of this country is appalling. I can feel proud that my son has served two years over in Iraq in the U.S. Army. But there’s too many “rights” oriented people in our country who don’t know how to read, or they’d realize the bloodshed and other struggles it took to get those rights in our Constitution, which, without the Revolutionary War, would not even exist as a document. Maybe we should have had a Right to Free Reading, or a Right to the Freedom to Read. Maybe if all these “Rights” people knew of that right, which, of course, is within the Freedom of the Press nonsense, maybe, just maybe, they’d have read something. Something of value. But then, again, when we started worrying about our “Rights” more than our God, we really started messing up. And the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) continues us down that terminal orientation. God Bless you.
