How long does it take for a transaction to show up on your debit card when selling on Amazon?

Hello. I registered as a seller on Amazon a few days ago to sell my old textbooks. I registered using a Visa debit/check card. I sold my first text book two days ago and I am hesitating to ship it out because I still haven’t received the money (even though someone already bought it). I was just wondering how long does it take for the transaction to show up and how does the process work. Does the money go straight to your Debit card checking account?

Well if you purchase directly from the store it will show up immediately. Online I think it will show up when they charge the card. Generally when you order something online it will say your card will not be billed till product is shipped or something like that. So when it shows up in your account you know it probably was shipped that date.
