How can I save a youtube videos to my flash drive?

I want to save videos to my flash drive, Is this possible? if it is possible can u teach me the steps to save it to my flash drive?

There is many ways but i usually only use 2 of them

1) go to www.download.com and download youtube downloader
Just started using and very fine

2) another way is go to www.downloadyoutubevideos.com
that takes a bit longer i would say

But they both work
