Why does my RSS feed tabular work while others do not?

I have a friend who works Tabulas feeds on your site, but when I tried to allow than mine, custom work. RSS feed is: http://jbiel.tabulas.com/jaqui/rss.xml

I had the same problem when I tried to change my RSS feeds that I share. It has been happening for a few days, Yahoo has yet to respond to my request for assistance. I know that the URL is correct because I've been copied directly and even Yahoo has with RSS.
