How do you get rid of random voices on my computer?

Whenever I’m on my computer there are random voices that pop up sort of like a pop-up ad but with no window. It sounds like a commercial you would hear off of the television. It’s usually a cleaning ad. Sometimes it sounds like there are more than one commercials going on at once. I was wondering if anyone else had these problems or if there is anyway to fix it without having to take it some where to get fixed. Anything helps!
