how to easily interact with the uk/us people with uot annoying them for the better quality?

i work in uk call centre and i want to speak like them but i don’t have time to go to take classes to improve my accent so please guide me what to do?

Don’t worry, when you answer your calls, people in UK/US can recognize you from your vocabulary, so stop saying yes maam, no maam .
start with ” Can i help you ?”
and end with “okie or thnx”
thats it.
