How do you avoid sweating while wearing shirt and tie in NYC in the summer?

I will be working in NYC this summer, and will be commuting from Brooklyn to Manhattan for my work. I am expected to wear a shirt and a tie, but I suspect being in the summer in such attire, I will be hot – and I don’t want to look gross with sweat! What shall I do? (And YES, I do use a deodorant people, that would be nasty if I don’t)

Use an anti-perspirant and wear a tee shirt.
