Why does Missouri have the nickname of the Show Me State?
I’ve tried looking it up (google is not my strong suit). And I’ve asked people who live in the state. And I can’t get a common answer. And the ones who do answer just aren’t sure.
So why is Missouri nicknamed “The Show Me State”?
