How Location Affects Business
How much does this affect a house resale ability?
How much would a house be priced lower than other comparables in the nieghborhood because of these factors and which of these two factors do you consider worse? Price range of homes is 400k to 600k.
1. A house with a extra large lot at the end of a cult-e-sac that backs to a busy 4 lane road with businesses behind it. and has daytime traffic noise especially during commuting hours.
Or,
2. A house from whose location you can see huge power lines and can hear them buzzing at almost all times?
I dont know what the actual numbers would be but I can tell you that I would never buy a house with either of those conditions no matter what the price. I couldnt even begin to tell you which one I would find worse. Are you thinking of buying one of these houses. I think that wouold be a big mistake.
