Your overall reasoning is: Because JAPAN is the enemy. We need to keep tabs on the Japanese here too. And what about the American internment camps in Japan? (We are not talking about their camps. Stay in this subject)
So following your logic, if the whole Europe attacked the USA then all of us white people should be in internment camps. The Afro, Asian, Hispanic and other non white Americans would defend our country.
Yea you will be innocent if Europe attacks us. But you are white and Europeans are too. We cannot take that chance. We are FORCING you into internment camps. Don’t worry, I don’t care if you are patriotic.

I have never supported the internment of the Japanese during WW II and have regarded it as one of the only disgraceful things Roosevelt did as president. But the reality is that modern day internment is happening as we speak in a little place called Guantanamo and the magical land of Iraq.
