How Japan Sees America
How are black people considered in japan?
Well i’m half black and i’d like to go there someday but japan and america are very different and with different counties and cultures I’d imagine people’s point of view on things especially in a place like japan differ quite a lot
So if you live in japan or visited how would you say blacks are seen as? in a negative way?positive strange exotic or is it just not a big deal?
by judging ur pics on ur icon (hopefully its you) i dont think they would consider you as “black”
more towards “hispanic” area
first impression : WOAH GAIKOKUJIN( aka foreigner…as for any other race lol)
second impression: wow they have nice style (since japanese ppl look up to foreigner’s style lol)
but yea…if you’re really dark black (not to be racist) they might be a little intimidated since they are not used to having black ppl around the area
and this is all honesty without racism
