For my College art project we have been told to emulate a everyday person. No one famous but someone who has inspired you. And to copy there Photograph.

Yea, just make what you see, not what you think you see. That is how art works. This girl is really skinny though. That will be hard to fake, but shadow with the darker colors wherever needed to give that impression. Good luck.
