of a girl you’ve emailed back and forth and only talked on aim once? We met on a personals site and I told her how much I liked the convo, as brief as it was and asked if she’d be interested in talking on the phone since she’s not always online (and has emailed me to tell me that we can talk whenever, but wanted to let me know she was having problems with her comp).
She replied back that she would still like to talk online for now if that was cool. Did I scare her off?

No maybe she’s very shy (you must be very very shy to be scared away by a guy who wants your number) or maybe she has something else in mind. its never too early to ask phone number maybe you should ask her : “was it something i said or i was just too much rushing”
