how foreigners view americans

In this time of year again I always like to reflect on the previous year, and I wonder the following 10 questions for me personally and for my business at home.

It is a great way to take stock of where you are, as you start thinking about where to go next year.

1. What did I learn?

2. What went well?

3. What does not go as planned?

4. Where can have been improved?

5. What do I have to let go?

6. What areas have to seek more education or support?

7. What team members have to add or subtract?

8. Where to go next year?

9. Where are the gaps to my knowledge, expertise or experience to get there?

10. What can I start taking steps now to help me achieve my goals next year?

You need to know where to go and what you want from your life and your home business, in order to get there. But too often, we are working as occupied in our business that we forget to look up and see where we are, and ask ourselves if aa we are on track or off track, and if so, what changes must be made.

So take some time this week to look in the rearview mirror of your life and your business. Ask and answer these questions. And next week, we will share some tips to help you use this knowledge to begin developing a plan for 2010.
