Do girls like guys who work hard on there bodies?

Like if they work hard for abs and have a diet and stuff?

Well I don’t think many girls like guys who are overweight, but a diet isn’t always neccessary. And it’s nice when I guy has a toned body because that can attract quite a lot of female attention. However, if you constantly talk about fitness and working out, most girls will become quickly disinterested. If you’re gonna do it, do it subtly.
