Oregon Agencies Submit Cut Plans to Governor
In response to the more than half-billion dollar budget shortfall for the 2009-11 biennium, Gov. Ted Kulongoski received plans Wednesday from general fund state agencies outlining how to manage 9 percent budget reductions in order to bring the budget into balance for the remainder of the biennium.
