How do I get back something I typed onto a forum which I accidentally deleted before I posted it?

I am in the middle of typing a very long post onto a forum. Somehow I hit a button by mistake and have deleted half of the post before sending it!

Try the UNDO command.

Otherwise, you are SOL. When I do large posts like that I type them in Word then copy-paste. Because well, I do that alot too!
