PUD approves annual subsidy of 4 percent rate increases EPHRATA – In a vote of 4-1, the Grant County commissioners agreed to an increase of PUD 4 percent electricity tariffs to begin April 1. The increase was approved on Tuesday the 2010 budget, the PUD, which is 517.8 million U.S. dollars.
