how i know witch picture its copyright?

i like save picture from internet and sometimes i use them on my profile on different websites.many times happen to be deleted by the website for the reason cos they are copyright! how i make the difference?how i can know the difference between copy right and not copyright.were i can find some software for identification of those copyright?i check on their own proprieties but its not mention picture copyright in there.I CHOSE BEST ANSWER THANK U!

Assume they all are unless there is specific notation on the image that it is NOT protected by copyright.

Photos are copyrighted the instant the creator presses the shutter release. They need not even register the copyright to own it.

Many cameras embed the copyright notice in the EXIF data when the shot is taken. Others have it added by the photographer using an XMP file in Photoshop which not only places the copyright notice in the EXIF data, but the contact information of the photographer, subject information and key words.
