how to gain muscle and cut?

I’m 5’8 and weight 150 pounds. I want to look a bit bigger and cut.
I go to the gym 4 days a week.what are the excercises that i have to follow? how many meals do i need to eat? and what do i need to eat. cus i want to have a six pack too. I dont wanna be HuGE just have a nice body…get me???I want to look like taylor Lautner(jacob) from ne moon. please any advise
should i stop doing cardio??

if your gym has roman chair, that one is fantastic for your abs.

some advice; don’t just work out one area of your body because fat doesn’t start to burn noticeably until you begin to work on multiple areas of the body.

Muscles also increase metabolism.

You should also keep up your cardio workouts because those burn fat more than strengthening workouts alone.

If you do strength workouts without cardio workouts, you’ll be building muscle on top of fat, mainly, and those are not the results you are looking for.
