how to view a PDA program application in the PC without connecting the PDA in the computer?
Is there an easy way to view or install a software application of a PDA to view in my PC without connecting my PDA in the PC?
Note: i download PDA application softare for a PDA but i want to view or install the program in the PC without connecting my PDA to the computer. would this be possible?
what free software i need for this to work out?

You don’t specify which PDA, but there are emulators that you can run on a desktop that will let you run PDA software on your PC.
Typically to access these emulators, you need to access the sites that PDA OS manufacturers make available to software developers.
You also sometimes need a copy of the operating system to install on the emulator. If you own a PDA, you have a copy of the operating system and the emulator help information will explain how to extract and load the OS into the emulator.
