Can you buy a kit for computer building?
I would like to build a Windows Vista computer but I was wondering if it’s possible to buy a windows vista computer building kit with all of the components that you need to build it- With the Windows Vista software and all of the instructions on how to start making your computer to work after you have built it and also information about the “BIOS” settings. ya, there called barebones, you can buy them from Tigerdirect. It has a lot of the main hardware, but you will have to buy some of the hardware separately, depending on what kit you get. You will need a case, motherboard, hard drive(s), CPU, Ram, a Video Card, Power supply unit, Cd-ROM/DVD-ROM drive, fans, and anything else you want on it. make sure everything is COMPATIBLE, or else you may blow some of your components (for example, you RAM has to be the same PC type and your video card has to be supported by your motherboard). Then buy you OS, Windows Vista in your case. for me I use Windows Vista ultimate and on my other partition I run Linux, because I love the Power Linux gives me!
